Hows the SEC case goin?

The MARK ALLEN MILLER and NOT myth boy "KILCHESKY" civil SEC case is humming right along - they just filed motions and moved it to a new judge as the prior judge literally passed away or retired or whatever -

The case also moved "slow" being it's a CIVIL case and not criminal - and ALL criminal cases take precedent over civil actions per our Constitution and right to a speedy trial for cons as in, convicts.

Moreover, the SEC-DOJ obviously wanted the criminal convictions to be sentenced and reach completion of litigation, as it's as good as a gold plated ribbon tied around their civil case to bury these CONS once and for all .....aka LAW 101 for KILCHESKY DUMMIES :)))

The two CLOWNS PARTNERS IN CRIME of MARK MILLER are "trying" to appear "PRO SE" aka "represent themselves" (too broke for a lawyer most likely and don't want a public defender ? Who the F knows or cares ???)....appearing "pro se" in FEDERAL COURT - which is as dumb ass a idiocracy move as ever tried. That is also slowing things down as the judge is being lenient and letting those ass clowns "nurse maid" themselves, but will crack the whip if they drag this out much longer reading the pro se litigant's shit for brains handbook titled, "HOW TO BE A DUMB ASS AND REPRESENT ONESELF IN FEDERAL COURT" ...that....it ain't gonna cut it...no way...no how...!!

The rules of federal court are strict, harsh and they tolerate no wasting of the Court's time or suffer any idiots clogging up their dockets. The CLOWN CLUB of MILLER and the boys are about to see their CIVIL ACTION(s) wrapped here - and they'll be slapped with $fines + restitution $coin + barred from ever being involved in running public companies, blah blah blah.... etc.
