Why is the affidavit for the services to the largest shareholder (Paul Carlin) still missing? It’s been MONTHS.

That’s extremely disturbing. That could be a cause for the FINRA holdup.

Maybe George is trying to settle with him out of court? Which is even more disturbing, as that means Paul is resistant
