This has already happened and is being made public now that the changes are in place and most likely the kinks have been ironed out. This is how Kim operates. Has the changeover been a plus, time will tell. But it is a good guess more of a positive than a negative or the PR would be much longer. The thing that struck me most was the brevity of the statement. Take out all the typical boiler plate statements and it is all of 4 relatively short paragraphs. Seems to me they are comfortable with the moves that they have made.
