re HEB: LOL! I didn't know that an "orphan drug product" that treats chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) could be applied to an "orphan drug indication" with one million sufferers. Come on Dew, don't be so hard on them. Perhaps HEB isn't aware of the FDA's upper limit on the number of sufferers of a condition that would qualify it as an orphan indication. You can't blame the company for not knowing. After all, they've only been in the business for 20 years or so.
