Many here criticize Judge Sweeney. She is my hero. She released the hidden records to the plaintiffs' legal staffs. She originally ruled that Fisher & Reid cases should go to trial. Their complaint was originally under seal because the government protested that the arguments were supported by the sealed documents not yet public. The Appeals Court overruled her on the cases going to trial. She sort of got even with the Appeals Court by now releasing a redacted copy of the complaint. We all know what the redacted parts are.
