I doubt that or the MM's wouldn't be trying so hard to screw with the price imo. Hell, I've seen pump and dumps run up 1000% before, and those are stocks that have way more shares than NBUL.

I think MM's just trying to screw folks out of their shares by boring them us death. Same thing when I was in RGNO. Price just set there going from .02-.03, then BOOM! It just shoot up to .25 in 2 days on a short squeeze.

RGNO has given back most of those gains, but NLUB reminds me of the potential here with this low float.

NBUL going to at least .03-.05 just seems like a given, but the MM's have me scraching my head here.
