Just listened to the middle of video twice more,. What I got from it is that startup capital has been slow for young tech companies so the WDLF has decided to diversify into other companies that are already growing to increase annual cash flow. Rather than wait for capital to come back into the tech sector startups they will merge with existing companies that they feel will grow more. Am I wrong? You will of course make your own decisions. I am fine with that. I am trading my decisions and don't expect others to follow but I have no problem cheering for my team as is my right as a shareholder.
Now if someone could talk me out of this (or some other) trade, what kind of trader would I be? An uneducated trader. What really matters is the price when you buy and the price when you sell.
