That's just an opinion letter from the attorney who says in the document that he is only able to verify the accuracy of the contents based on what he was told by the insiders. Furthermore, he states that he will rescind his positive opinion if the information turns out to be inaccurate. That right there proves that he's just going on their word and cannot fully verify the information if there's a possibility that it's inaccurate. Opinion letters are dime a dozen and are easy money for securities lawyers.
