I hope that's the case that closing is imminent (hating that word on this board). Scared me until I reread that statement in that it was May of 2022 that the lender was selected, and yes - that has changed. BUT - what's the news on the new lender? THAT has to be the hold up. They still aren't happy it MUST be assumed. They don't want stock in lieu of payment for services? So, how is that being addressed?
