You post a good set of facts, so why doesn't the stock move?

The CEO filed a Form 4 for a measly $10K.

What does that tell you?

His biggest believers *maybe* invested that amount on the latest "news" that $VXIT won't even claim as its own - it relies on $DTII to do the pumping instead.

Can you guess why that is?

And why have those believers not bought more since then, while the PPS barely stays out of tripps?

Do they think they'll get more cheaper if they wait?

Or are they already over-invested and massively underwater, hoping & praying that new money shows up and bails them out?
