I'm gonna get so screwed on this. So will all existing investors. But, it is good they are doing a name change along with RS, that gives me some hope of not loosing to much money.

I was in one many years ago that did name change / RS out of the blue, and it worked out. A spike immediately after the event allowed me to sell out with a small profit before it relaxed down to ~50% of the RS price.
