This is how it works. Congress will likely defund the government but finance more of the Ukraine War latter tonight..... knowing the West has gotten their ass kicked. And guess what Poland is doing..... bullying Belarus. The West is wanting some shit. Let's just hit the nuke button and get the stupid crap going while my supplies are plentiful.
