Would love to see an update on the funding from July... whether it'll be completed or if there were any problems.

As well, an update on the points below would be great.

*The company will continue in its efforts to secure additional funding and reduce debt in preparation for its attempts to uplist to a major exchange in the future.

*There are still approximately 120 wells that are available on our current leases that can be brought into production.
