Company has to be out of $$ ..
CEO RIP ..
Not filing ..
Has 3 months tops to get current ..
My Guess is Company was dissolved .. not sure a filing is needed the only thing against that is the continued quotes and very low volume trades occuring ..
Patent Rights then go to loan crew from years ago ..
And one of 2 scenarios ..
No proof of enough $$ to go after intel
OR
yea loan crew sold cheap as it all went to them and the lawyers cuz company no longer exists ..
Those talking litigation against company or loan crew need to realize it appears they have the agreement from years ago backing this scenario ..
That said
The stock symbol is worth something if i am wrong about its demise and company filings are done ..
But in that scenario dilloution would occur to the 900 mill available ..
Something i have always said would have to happen to move forward ..
Expected effects crippling to current shareholders ..
As the next move would be a reverse split .. something old mgt avoided ....
