MK knows exactly what FDA concerns are that he must address at meeting today. He received the reviewers' comments last week.

Maybe a clear path and timetable to IDE submission comes out of meeting, but based on 4 prior meetings, that is an unlikely outcome. Time will tell.

The delayed 3rd Q update isn't a good sign. It either means he already knows path to IDE submission remains murky, or he's so overwhelmed peddling hopeless IsoPet, he's putting off the 3rd Q update.
