Bla, Bla, Bla... Have you not heard of AS changes. Since the company created, without shareholder approval, their preferred shares and gave themselves the authorization to vote as they see fit, they can surely change the AS without notice to the marks. Until there are more sales of existing shares there is no need for the AS to be increased as W/C (you know "toilet") can't get more shares until he moves all the recent tranche. W/C can't hold more than 5% of the OS without declaring same. Notice that all the previous awards of shares are below that limit. Things that make you go hummmmmm...

I see this closed up today.. Almost 1%... on a whopping 6M shares traded... Headed for the moon no doubt.
