I don't think the PPS will ever drop to $3.00, after all I hope the NSS are smart enough to realize that sure if it does drop to $3.00, they will be able to cover at a much cheaper PPS, but more and more new investors as well as old investors will continue to pile in at that price. This is a good hedge for anyone portfolio during these times!
