Anyone else think it peculiar that there has been no official word on the rescheduling of trials against remaining defendants? Certainly I would think that all parties, including Judge Albright would want to know the rescheduled date as soon as possible for planning and to avoid any further delays. Remember too, that we are dealing with a Judge that does not routinely allow postponements/delays so why now? Could it be that with his history of ninety-five percent settlements that he is providing additional time for parties to reach a settlement? It sure would be nice to get a settlement before years end which would obviate the need for a new trial date altogether. It is the only thing that makes sense to me why we have not been given an official new trial date by this time. IR has been saying the rescheduled trial dates will be in February but is that just a smoke screen while settlement discussions are ongoing? One can only hope. the prophet
