You have no way of knowing that; you're just making that up like the other bashers do to fit your narrative, but if it was the financiers, the Lawyers would have never filed the Lawsuit because it was in the financing agreement; the Lawsuit has nothing to do with the financiers, once again your making that up to fit your narrative. David received the evidence from outside sources. Share intel, the lawyers, and Plaintiff Novoa, who is an investor in Mullen securities, so David didn't make it up!! Putting all that aside, you fail to mention why the brokers were caught lending shares out from cash accounts that had the do not lend button turned on; that's illegal shorting. I have the do not lend control on, and It's unlawful for the brokers-dealers to lend out shares in cash accounts that have the do not lend button on. Why would they do that if they could legally naked short the stock for the financiers? I tell you why, the brokers knew, because of the dilution filings, that a shit ton of shares were coming out, and they thought they could make a shit ton of money and bankrupt Mullen at the same time; they didn't think that they would get caught!!!!!!!!!!
