During his meeting tomorrow, this so called CEO will explain all these deals going on in the middle east and his need for money to pay for all these deals, that will be his explanation for raising the O/S because currently its maxed out, this will allow him to dilute to pay for his two outstanding court cases that he owes money for and to live his lifestyle that he's been living off of for almost 20 years on false promises. He's getting away with this, but he's honestly a con artist to pull this off for so many years and he's getting away with it.
