The share structure is garbage. No question about that. I like the position were in though with FINRA having denied the reverse split I feel like they have no choice, but to do a share reduction and then, after that, they would probably reapply for the reverse, split and would then be able to get that approval. That puts all of us in a really good position. I’m not sure of the timing of it all and once we get this filing that should help figure that part out but I feel pretty confident there will be a share reduction at some point soon. When that happens, the PPS will go up tremendously. As far as the reverse split I don’t think that would be any sooner than maybe a year from now.
