Turbo, I don't think it's either one of those things. You have to remember where the stock price and company finances were, when they bought Armen out.

The stock was trading between .02 and .03 cents a share, they were losing money consistently, and they had convertible debt they could not pay.

In my opinion, Armen had no other choice but to sell, and these people feel like they owe old investors nothing. They probably believe if they hadn't come along, your shares would have become worthless.

Who knows what the future will bring, but I am certain about two things: 1. The current management does not feel responsible for your losses or your frustration, and 2. The insiders will recoup anything they put up for this company.
