I think we are saying the same thing. I fully understand what you have posted. Bottom line, JP Energy Group will be the sole existing company in NHMD as JP Energy Partners will go away.

What I mean by one in the same is that the one company or person that owns the $268 Million contract is the same other company or person that owns the company that's newly created to accept the contract. JP Energy Partners and JP Energy Group are both owned by John Park (CEO) who is the new NHMD. My point was that the transition of the contract will be seamless with no person getting in the way to delay or stop it. I'm sure he won't be arguing with himself about the deal coming into JP Energy Group. Basically it's like you approving it to go to yourself to a company that you transacted to take the majority control in.
