Doesnt seem like the smartest move for the shareholders, but for some reason I get the impression that the company doesnt give a shit about shareholders anymore.

As I believe what was said (and Im paraphrasing) is what is important is bringing value to the company, not to the share price.

People tend to forget that the share structure is just a vehicle for funding. Any person who works for the company is making their wages from the sales the company generates, not the share price. The people who work for the company care about making the company profitable, not making the share structure higher. See what im saying? Any person from any OTC company saying that they are "looking out for the shareholders best interests" are full of shit. Its like walking up and telling your local ATM that you care about its value lol
