I'm really curious about the ace deal in general. They laid out some questionable terms that really didn't make much sense. Ace withheld money to ensure pct would own their end of the deal, but the deal was a sale which on the face of it turned ace into a customer of pct which shouldn't require ace to withhold money from pct in order to ensure pct fulfills it's obligations. Ie... Pct takes an order from ace, they fulfill the order. Why does ace need to hold money hostage in order for pct to fulfill orders?

When does pct take the rest of the payment for their business asset sale to ace? Not that it'll help anything but it's pretty suspect.

And yeah, then they go dark and eliminate any need or requirement to disclose such info. Wonder how much of the proceeds were used to give leadership bonuses and pay for corporate retreats to Cabo and other fun in sun destinations.

Pretty sure we'll see pct go bankrupt before any questions are answered though.
