You do realize HIRU is close to its year low of .0015 than to that .0044 you are looking for. I would not worry so much about WTER as its still not meeting the $1.00 threshold and worry more about why is HIRU still tanking today. Cant blame the flippers or the bashers, maybe its the pumpers who can't deliver on what they keep saying. You know like Kathryn does. HIRU is just going to do whatever OTC stocks do that have the MIRO touch, Good for the owners but not so good for the shareholders.
In all fairness your .0044 prediction would be a nice flip for all those shares I picked up in the .0019 to .0023 range.
