Nasrat stated that the BOD and Mikah agreed upon a price for the purchase of the Sungen share of Adderall profits but it was tabled due to the uncertainty of the company being able to self distribute lead by Kikov. Now that the company has shown good growth in the 1st fiscal year quarter ending June 30, with a good chance that it will continue when it reports in November, there is little reason not to complete the previously agreed to deal.
