Wrong. The law is set in stone; amendments to the SPSPAs have not changed any laws.

but also illegal rule making, which we also know the MQD disallows to a certain extent and courts are also establishing conservatorship law as we go along

What rulemaking are you referring to, and exactly who said it was illegal?

Anyone pushing their bankruptcy knowledge is dead in the water.

Wrong. FnF went into administrative bankruptcy 15 years ago according to someone who helped write HERA. It isn't the entry into bankruptcy you should be worried about, it's the exit.

So anyone subscribing that they know better because they've been through 1,000's of bankruptcies does not know what this really is.

Of course they do, because conservatorship shares many characteristics with bankruptcy but the differences are bad for shareholders.
