Audited10-Ks followed by 10-Qs (unaudited) will cleanse all sins. Next move is mission critical. Not sure about the statement Deng supposedly made regarding the audit firm not realizing the scope of the audit (does it now include Holiday Bedroom Articles or an operating arm of CIWM?). There’s a huge time requirement difference if they have to audit an operating entity.

A PR giving an estimated timeframe and the name of the audit firm would have been nice.
