ERBB tripling the capacity of its managed grow operations

Following the passage of Arizona’s Proposition 207, which legalized recreational use of cannabis throughout the state, the
Company intends to focus on capitalizing upon the opportunities created as a result, and is therefore seeking new space,
with the goal of tripling the capacity of its managed grow operations. To that end, the Company has identified and
purchased an additional approximately 37,000 square foot facility in Phoenix which is now in the process of being
substantially remodeled to create what it believes will be one of Arizona’s most efficient indoor cannabis grow facilities
