Lotus claims the Emeya is one of the fastest electric grand tourers in the world, with a claimed 0-100km/h sprint in 2.78 seconds.

Lotus has unveiled its first four-door grand tourer, which will form as the flagship model in its electric vehicle (EV) lineup. It’s also confirmed to be coming to Australia.

Production of the Lotus Emeya electric four-door grand tourer is slated to commence in 2024, ahead of a confirmed Australian launch sometime during 2025.

The Emeya will be the British sports carmaker’s second EV on sale locally, following the Eletre SUV that’s now confirmed to be arriving in the second quarter of 2024.
