I would find this highly unlikely as it would put both legal teams in jeopardy. My impression is both sides have reputable representation so neither would risk disbarment for this. AFAIK Intel has no history of this kind of behavior. They are aggressive and push limits which results in them coloring outside the lines sometimes, but nothing this egregious.
