Wii: this company claims they have $80 million in cash not to mention gold and other assets yet they have Toxic financing making 5000%, and it is mentioned In their financials’ that is the outrageous conversion shares to white castle at .0004. This does not add up. They are using the pink sheet land rules to basically screw all retail share holders. So if you have all this cash why would you resort to dilution you don’t need your money from the sale of shares at this ridiculous price to white castle. I hope you understand what I’m saying. The company still has a chance to make things right in the next few months, there is a glimmer of hope that they will listen to our plight And make things right, but I’m not gonna hold my breath.
