is that "the process" is taking much longer than I ever imagined. Indeed, not a single merger/acquisition for any ticker in the "Trifecta" ("REDfecta" to some) in over TWO AND A HALF YEARS and I don't think there are many that ever thought that would be the case back in 2021. But if you don't care to wait until 2024 or maybe even into 2026 good for you but I don't have godly patience.
