This is a hilarious argument by NP. After the BLA was filed and NP PRed it, pumped it in articles and a CC (“Amarex is so great!”) he intentionally waited until after his $13 million in shares sold to PR the BLA wasn’t quite complete. He placed the “incomplete BLA” statement in boiler plate comments in 2 unrelated PRs before fully PRing the truth. Once the official PR was released, $20 million in shares from him and SK were sold.

This chain of events wasn’t a coincidence and NP will have difficulty explaining away as innocent secondary to KK misleading him. What we don’t know, and won’t until the trial, is the former employees at CYDY who provided evidence against NP. SK will be one of them, IMO. These testimonies will be damning.
