I too would love to see a buyout from an outfit that can apply more resources and get things done much faster/smoother....

I would think that a NPV of around $5B would be a reasonable valuation since the NPV was around $2.3 with ~$400M EBITDA...... with the pending FS, this EBITDA should probably DOUBLE to around ~800M +/- and the NPV should increase to ~ $5B.... with 30M shares outstanding- we should fetch a VERY substantial buyout offer..... even without PE multiples and significantly discounting the EBITDA to Shares outstanding ratio...... I would take $80-$100 for a buyout!!!

Any guesses??? comon' let's dream a little here..... LORD KNOWS we have gone thru enough pain 'n suffering (and endless waiting).... now, on the verge of the FS/Stellantis/EXIM 'Eve.... let's conjecture and spec-u-late a lil bit......
