Makes no sense. Why would they change the A/S. They have approx. 1.3b to go. Just look at today. Peeps not falling for the news out today. Why buy 3.7m at .001 if they're just going to get scalped at the .001 bid.

CBD retail is dead. Find something better. JMHO.
