Adam Tracy hijacked the GOFF shell in 2016. But as I stated in April that David Lazar had hijacked the GOFF shell in 2020. But Lazar decided he didn't want any part of it.

So it was basically Tracy and Sharp. Lazar shows what a tainted shell GOFF is and no real company would touch it.

According to Brenda Hamilton as soon as Sharp lied in court about Calasse not existing took it from a custodianship to a hijacked shell.

But Sharp is a pathological liar as he told everyone that he took down APS (Awesome Penny Stocks) but that wasn't true - those that brought it down were Nodummy and Janice Shell - Sharp had absolutely nothing to do with taking down APS. I know because I was there and provided research exposing APS - because I just happened to know a person involved - Phil Kueber.
