you are correct, someone is buying them. OTCN was on the bid in pre-market and OTCN/OTCX has been the sole diluter this whole time. With that side the last filing update 2 days ago shows there were no more shares diluted or added to the OS. The fact the OTCN is playing games on the bid has me intrigued. There's always hope until there's not... GLTA
