Go to your wallet page https://ih.advfn.com/common/plusonecoin/balance bottom right side is Transfer Coins. The only tricky part is that you have to use the advfn username which is in the form ih_XXXXX where the Xs are the numeric part of your userid. For instance, your advfn username is ih_113. Hover over an alias and look at the profile link. The user= shows the right number. My advfn username is ih_10092. That's what you would use if you were sending coins to me (please don't - I'm going to give mine to someone else too).
