so the GOV - be it Treasury or FHFA or ? --- can not force convert ?

to me that is key - as what idiot would vote for conversion if its 99% expected that the eventual common will be destroyed by dilution (which by the way - I do not accept as fact - despite what Treasury said before about the SPS)

Summary - No conversion should be anticipated -- but maybe nothing for 100 years ?
