I see all the post over on Yahoo and if true that everyone including the company officers and our attorneys lost out due to, (state the least) damage report why in hell didn't our attorneys concede years ago? I mean they had to know what damages were real right? As usual all this crap sucks not knowing a clear answer (yet) and if we are done then bring it on in a damn SEC filing so everyone can finally shake the damn crap off our feet.

...plus why wouldn't HDC be forced to pay Intel's attorney fees if we were totally wrong, sure we don't have the money but seems to be a strange situation?
