CIBER and Universal Guardian Announce Global Teaming Agreement

(OTC: UGHO.OB) have executed a Global Teaming Agreement. The purpose is to jointly promote CIBER's Harbor Management and Security System (HMS) for Maritime Domain Awareness, Port Safety, Port Security, and Port Operations with Universal Guardian's strategic security services and integrated global supply chain visibility systems.

CIBER's Federal Security Business Unit offers the HMS System as a robust client-configured, integrated solution featuring intelligent radar, intelligent video, intelligent sonar, Automated Identification System (AIS), three modes of secure command and control (C2) situational displays (for C2 centers, mobile patrol boats, and Web-based users), notices of arrival, invoicing, scheduling, MARSEC level alert management, and training management. The HMS System was designed to be scalable and utilizes post incident replay, fusion of real-time data, and alarm zone alert distribution and management to deliver enhanced waterside and landside security capabilities. Universal Guardian Services provides TAG3 with security assessments, threat and vulnerability evaluations, asset protection, anti-counterfeiting investigations, and insured services for Global Supply Chains, focusing on logistics and intermodal transportation.
