"GVSI, good vibrations is going to lose its name because it's no longer applicable under George Sharp who has cleaned up this shell whether you like it or not."

Fair enough. But why would GS want to change the name/ticker symbol here if his ultimate goal is for a merger (who might probably want to change the name/ticker symbol to something THEY wanted?) Could it be GS is thinking more of "acquisitions" instead or, maybe, even delaying the process for some reason?

Just wondering.
