TXTM was cleared on any type of promotion last November. The OTC reported this to our SEC lawyer and the Company itself. This negates any possibility of Promotion of any kind attributed by the company. This means ANY communications.
Also there was no pump and dump here, as you need common shares to benefit, which the Insiders did not and still do not have as noted in the filings and the Internal audit which also was in a filing last November.
As for your understanding of CE not being fraud, a company seeing this tag will not differentiate the reason, only that in law it is defined as such. Specifically in Florida's state law which the company operates in.
No one will enter a contract, especially a Trading company. So, if this CE is found to be improperly applied, then there are damages.
The company quickly responded to the OTCM last year concerning both of the apparent initial allegations and were cleared..
