The very same reason market makers stop trading CE stocks is the VERY same reason it inhibits businesses from entering contracts. CE is a allegation of fraud.
No Ceo will engage a company, and no lawyer of that company will recommend execution of a contract with a company knowingly accused of fraud. That puts liability on them.
Insurance companies will also deny claims and not insure trades for mms and company insurance companies will not cover damages resulting from a contract entered into.
So I stand by my statement.
