We as shareholders loss the damage model in Lamberth



I wonder if the Plaintiff Shareholders will appeal the Damages award?

It would seem that Delaware law could be used to sue a bad acting controlling shareholder?



Under HERA wouldn't FHFA have to sue the UST? That seems highly unlikely. Collins as I recall limited Plaintiff Shareholders from suing most of the bad acts of the UST and FHFA, but not the Unconstitutional ones.
