Honestly I don't have an opinion on what the money is needed for, other than to say it is very costly doing business in Mexico for many reasons.

As of the last 10Q there was $325k in outstanding A/P and $127k for a loan. Plus ongoing expenses.

I'm just glad he's not taking out toxic financing.
