Not true for most. Kthomp19 f.e. posted a couple of possible scenarios in 2019 and assigned them different probabilities. One was that SPS get cancelled and the warrants are not exercised. That could in fact lift commons to $100+. Unfortunately, though, he gave this scenario a 0% probability.
