Space-wise alone, there is a lot more potential with the Jamestown Hospital that is targeted to open by next year, in whatever form it may be. The Oneida facility (Big South Fork Medical Center) only has 52,000 square feet of space, 25 beds according to the filings, plus an additional 6,000 square foot building. Yet RNVA managed to open a hospital and a Myrtle Recovery Center in that space.

Compare that to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center that has 90,000 square feet, with 85 beds, on a larger piece of land. It just means more revenue potential and better odds that we will continue to see substantial revenue growth through 2024.

I like the strategy of placing the Myrtle Recovery Centers at the hospital locations. My guess is that will allow them to transition some rehab patients to some form of long-term care treatment, elsewhere within the facilities.

I really like the potential here, for the long haul, because even though almost every OTC company always finds itself in the same position with excessive toxic debt and reverse splits, very few of them actually launch real products and services, making the transition to a viable long-term business. We at least we stand that chance here, based on the CEO's performance so far.

There is really only one hurdle left from my perspective and that's getting to the point where they can obtain large non-convertible loans at will or capital financing at much higher prices, like around a penny. Then they can grow as big as they want. And the big spike in share purchases and money inflow here, starting last week, just might signal the beginning of that next financing phase. That would be like hitting the jackpot! Keeping my fingers crossed here.

Sometimes a rare stock can break out onto the big boards. There is no doubt that the potential is here when I compare RNVA to so many other scam OTC stocks that I've seen never produce nada! At the very least, since the first Myrtle Recovery Center just opened, it looks like we're well on track to continue to scale up revenues beyond just the first hospital revenues.

If the company can just scale linearly, at say $25 million extra in revenue per year, by 2026 they could be pushing $100 million in annual revenue. But if they can leverage that growth to get conventional financing, then the sky's the limit as then they could just acquire profitable, operational hospitals as the way to grow the company. I'm just looking for that one gold mine company that goes from the trips to dollars, over the long haul of course. Hope it's this one.
